  1. 01

    Book Consultation

A relaxed 20–30 minute call to hear your family story and outline what a Jure Sanguinis path might look like for you.

  2. 02

    Family Tree Review

We work through what you already know, plug the gaps with preliminary research, and help identify the Italian ancestor in your family history.

  3. 03

    Document Collection

We order Canadian vital records, request Italian records from the appropriate comune, and hunt down anything unusual — church books, ship manifests, obituaries. Some records can only be released directly to the applicant by law, so we'll guide you on exactly what to request and where — but the request itself must come from you.

  4. 04

    Authentication & Translation

Canadian documents go through the Hague Apostille process. Everything not already in Italian is translated by certified professionals.

  5. 05

    Application Preparation

Your file is assembled in consulate order, forms are filled, and every page is cross-checked against the current consular checklist.

  6. 06

    Submission Readiness

We walk you through your consulate appointment so you know exactly what to expect, what to bring, and what to say.
